@Kelly A. I am holding a couple of multi-family properties right now but could be looking to offload them. Tri-plex in Eau Claire and a duplex in Chippewa Falls.  I also have a contact that might be looking to offload his inventory this year (approx. 20 units). 

I am headed to Seattle, WA for a SQL Server conference this week and was wondering if there was anything going on locally that would be fun to check out.  I will be there from Nov 4 - 8.  Thanks for the advice.

@Jared McKie Welcome to BP! We have a steadily growing group in the Eau Claire area. I would like to be able to learn more about the Minneapolis / St. Paul market and try to set something up over there. Good luck in securing your first REI property.

Hey @Raj Gandhi Welcome to BP!  We travel to Woodbury a lot for soccer and I have always admired the way that the city is kept up.  Are the property taxes in Woodbury higher than most other places, or are they comparable to surrounding locations?
