Multifamily Property Manager in NorthWest San Antonio

I am in the process of submitting an LOI for an apartment complex in North West San Antonio and I having trouble finding multifamily property managers to speak to. I am not interested in hiring a PM that only manages SFR properties. The complex I'm looking at will be 20+ units and I prefer to hire someone with experience managing comparable properties.
