looking for a CPA recommendation for real estate investor

Hi, Can someone please share a good CPA who specializes in working with real estate investors?  I need one badly.  Also I'm confused about how to go about this.  Some people recommend a tax advisor and still keeping our regular cpa.  But how would that work?  I rather just talk to one cpa instead of having to go back and forth between the two and making sure things align.  Seems like a lot of work.  I guess I can see why people would choose this route, probably b/c its cheaper.
