Finance or pay cash
So I know Cash is always king but how do most of you Landlords buy, Cash or Credit?

I set my LLC up with a $100k LOC, and I use that to purchase my properties cash. Once I have converted them into rentals and placed tenants I convert to a mortgage and payoff my LOC, rinse and repeat.
