Does any one know if there is central location to search for owner financed properties? We ate wondering if we could score a couple more properties this way without going through banks. Thoughts??

I have a 700 sq ft property that has never had any duct work put in or any A/C unit other than a window unit. I am trying to decide if the ductless units are efficient enough to spend the money on. I can't find any user reviews online about the quality of temp control. Any help would be appreciated. Also, this property is our "drop in" home. We only go "home" about 5 times a year but a family member will be occupying full time just to keep an eye on the place so not a rental or selling.

@Joel Phillips I can see that. That's kind of the advice the agent gave me too. She said that market is in need big time for rentals. Sounds like that would be the best way to go. Thanks buddy!
