Downstairs tenant complaints

Please help me resolve this, I have been getting constant complaints from downstairs tenants about noise from upstairs. This is a multi family building. The tenant upstairs tenant has a young child who plays during the day which contributes to the loud noise. Has anyone encountered anything like this? If yes, how did you resolve this.
