Best Prefab ADU Manufacturer for New England Weather

Hi All!

First time MF home owner. My wife and I owner-occupy a 3family. New legislation has enabled folks like us to build an ADU on our property. We've already verified details/approvals with the city (to be safe ;). So we want to go ahead with putting one up and we're hoping to do it via a prefab.
