Im similarly interested in building an ADU in New Haven, CT. I've been looking into pre-fabs. But curious if anyone has any recommendations for ADU build options (pre-fab or contract) for our neck of the woods.

Hi All!

First time MF home owner. My wife and I owner-occupy a 3family. New legislation has enabled folks like us to build an ADU on our property. We've already verified details/approvals with the city (to be safe ;). So we want to go ahead with putting one up and we're hoping to do it via a prefab. Came across this interesting article that allows property owners to rent their roofs for 5G antennas since telvelcos are aggressively trying to expand the service.
