Does any one have any experience with RentRedi? This will be my first experience with landlording. It seems like it is a one stop shop and can do everything from screening to payments for tenants. Any other applications people like to use?

Check out tenantcloud. You can send online applications, screen tenants, send leases, store documents/notices and send them to tenants, accept payments, and manage maintenance requests. To Nathan's point above, the ideal software will do most of what you need not just some. I recommend taking 10-15 minutes to watch a demo video of tenantcloud, it's very comprehensive and I'm a big fan
