Golf Cart at Vacation rental?

Has anyone ever left a golf cart for renters to use at a vacation property? It seems like a good idea if you have a property that is a few blocks from the beach, and parking is limited. However, it also seems like a big liability.

I would worry about liability in this situation. I would recommend talking with your insurance agent before doing this. Maybe there is a way to partner with a business that rents golf carts and that way the liability is covered under their policy
