rental property in McCall Idaho

I need some assistance please. I've got to repair a rental prop that requires the tenants to move out and I don't know the legal requirements in Idaho of what I'm responsible for in terms of paying for them to move out or temporary rentals. Unfortunately I didn't have the loss of business income in my insurance policy.

Does anyone have experience with this?

How long will they be out for? Or about how long is the repair expected to last? I assume from your comments it is major so they cannot live there while it is being done. Are they good tenants you want to keep? I am not certain on the law, but if in your lease it says something about force majeur, which may include major necessary repairs that cause them to have to move out, then you may be fine. If you want to keep them you can possibly pay for an airbnb or a hotel. Depending on how long it will be. Or just give them some time to find a new place, offer to pay their deposit or maybe even first month rent at the new place. That's probably the route I would take.
