Hi All, I'm about to self-manage a property and I would like a straightforward online tenant screening software. Any recos would be greatly appreciated. :)

@Austin - I did the same thing last year. I was overrun with applications but he came to me desperate and my first time managing I felt bad. Worst mistake I made. Bad credit, marks on minor criminal activity. He did pay on time, but asked for reduction in rent because the heat was too expensive. He called me every month (mostly caused by something by him), and was rude to all the plumbers and handymen I sent out. Man-splained me on the proper way to be a landlord. Funny since I responded immediately and fixed everything - except the boot hanging on a telephone pole on the street. :) 

I understand his youth mistakes...but if you have a choice I would seek otherwise.

I'll be listing my rental and would like recommendations for software.

1. I don't want people to email me/text me directly but go through a platform to submit their application, pay their fee for the background/credit/et al., and

2. also have them pay rent pay directly through the platform

3. And submit issues through the platform m

Can you recommend one that would work for only one property? 

Facebook Marketplace and Craigslist...but got tons from FB. But McCall is desperate for rentals so the hardest part was vetting the tenants
