I see a lot of mobile homes for sales...on RENTED LOTS. Pro's and con's please.

@Champ Leong I agree with what was said above. In my 22 years of real estate investing, mobile homes are the worst investment I ever made. Mobile home parks, however, are equal to self storage as the best investment I ever made. By a park… Let someone else on the trailers. You don’t want that nightmare.
