Adding Parties to Lease Renewal

Last year my tenant moved in her parents in with her to the unit I am renting. At the time she asked if I needed to add them to the lease agreement and I said not necessary we could do so at the time of the renewal. The lease is up for renewal. Would you add them to the lease agreement?
