What is the meaning of CPR on existing deal

Hi everyone,

I need some insights here.  I overheard my agent is working on applying CPR on my deal with the listing agent.  Currently the property is under contract with me and we are going thru challenges when I discovered the income instability with the latest rent roll.

Any help is appreciated!

Thanks,

Sam
