House Rules Template (rent by room/house hack)

Looking for experienced RE investors who are doing rent by room model or even someone who is house hacking for a while. Just wondering if I could take a peek at an example of the 'House Rules' template you use to keep the unrelated tenants all happy. 

Any help would be appreciated
