getting funding for next investment property

Hi BiggerPockets, 

We closed on our first property a few month ago in August 2021 and currently looking into purchasing our first OOS investment property. 

Figuring out the downpayment fund is our next homework, and I was curious how you guys made downpayments for your investment properties! Please share your story with me

Using a HELOC, seller financing, private lending or bringing in other partners could be a few options. @Daeun Lee
