Hello everyone, does anyone know of any good accountants and or real estate attorneys in the Philadelphia, King of Prussia, West Chester area’s? Looking for someone to build a relationship with and accomplish my real estate goals. Thanks in advance!

I am CPA who invests in PA. As a result I know the PA state tax laws very well. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

One other thing missed by CPA's not familiar with PA state income tax is that they are unfamiliar with Philadelphia having its own tax filing obligation if you do business within the city limits.
