Hello everyone,

In Pennsylvania, must you have a real estate agent to make an offer on a property in cash?

Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone, I am from the Philadelphia suburbs, and I have been studying real estate for the last 7 or 8 months consistently and I have not done a deal yet. But one thing I notice that is very important is the math behind a deal. I guess my question is, how do you figure out the numbers, to then figure out if it is a good deal or not? Thank you guys in advance.
