Hi BP I just found out about velocity banking.

I was wondering is this a great way to start off my real estate investment? Are anyone else doing it? Are is it a bad idea in general? Any help would be appreciated.

it's grossly over complicated, and comes with minimal advantage

overall it's a highly inefficient use of time and money.
