Hi everyone - I’ve had a rental in the past but currently do not have any in my portfolio. I’d like to start working with a CPA now, establish a relationship and lay the foundation for tax strategies for growing wealth. Any recommendations? Words of advice? I’m in the Lynnwood, WA area which is north of Seattle, WA.
