Equity Line of Credit

Hey Gang,

I've been in the game for just a few years and been able to acquire 4 properties with 5 doors.  It's been a blast but I did this mostly by muscling through the learning curve (of which I know I still have far to go) and using my savings from my W2 job.   I have reserve for my properties but not a lot extra for portfolio growth.

So here is the question..... Does anybody know of banks willing to give equity line of credit so I can BRRR my way to success? I am in the Orlando Fl. region.

I have learned alot with what I have done so far (homes that were almost turnkey) but am ready to take on the challenge of moving into the next level.

Thanks in advance.
