Best route for me? Advice
Hey everyone,
Im new to posting on the forums, I hope this is the right place for this. Im not quite sure what route to go due to my age. Im 22 (look like im 18 lol), low income self employment, credit 700 & with capital. My goal is to collect and save money to expand, flipping. The job I have now is suffice for what I need to get around in my life. Im in the midst of looking for a lender (in the south fl area).
A realtor im working with whom I met here on BP, had told me to get pre approved but ,My low income seems to be a problem as well as my 0 experience, despite having about 100k in capital. My question is, do I keep trying to find lenders (for fix and flip) or should I look at properties that I can obtain with the cash? I rather not use what I have. Find a partner? (might be hard) Find someone thats willing to work with me that has experience too? Keep trying to find lenders (if so, whats the best places to try? Thanks for the help and if theres anything else I need to share let me know.
