Also, this is not real estate related but there is a painting worth 2.5 million that the Cuban gov has kept and how could we get that back to my friends (his family) possession?

Hello bp, The other day I had talked a friend and he told me his grandfather has properties in his name (he passed away) that He bought them before Fidel but when the communists took over they took the titles to all the land. My question is how can we get these properties back.

Hey Sterling White I wanted to thank for you for your time with any possible input . Whats stopping me on working getting my first deal is my ability to get pre approved for any financing from hard lenders due to my age (22) and a lack of a decent income and experience. although I do have a capital and a score of 709... Im looking to get into fix and flips with single families of up to 300k (thats what im trying to get pre approved for ). To add, I dont pay any car loans or school debt . Thanks

Hey everyone, Im new to posting on the forums, I hope this is the right place for this. Im not quite sure what route to go due to my age. Im 22 (look like im 18 lol), low income self employment, credit 700 & with capital. My goal is to collect and save money to expand, flipping. The job I have now is suffice for what I need to get around in my life. Im in the midst of looking for a lender (in the south fl area). A realtor im working with whom I met here on BP, had told me to get pre approved but ,My low income seems to be a problem as well as my 0 experience, despite having about 100k in capital. My question is, do I keep trying to find lenders (for fix and flip) or should I look at properties that I can obtain with the cash? I rather not use what I have. Find a partner? (might be hard) Find someone thats willing to work with me that has experience too? Keep trying to find lenders (if so, whats the best places to try? Thanks for the help and if theres anything else I need to share let me know.
Perfect timing on joining BP, for me! Im already on my phone all day watching the only 2 keywords I was limited to have at first haha.
