Best date to set-up for Auto-Mortgage deduction for Rentals

Hello All - is there any benefit for setting-up Auto-Mortgage deduction for Rentals around 6th or 7th of the month? Idea is to collect Rent on 1st (add couple of days for payment processing within the Banks) and have mortgage deducted on 6th/7th. Or it doesn't matter?
