I'd love a recommendation for a REIT fund. Resistant to buy more property

Hey Folks,
I'm pretty new to BP and have been an investor for about 20 years. Kinda small time, as I work a full time gig. Currently I own (free and clear) two duplexes and single family rental- all in atlanta/decatur annual rent rolls are about 80K. With a steady cash flow and a resistance to buy more property and have more managment resonsibility, I'm thinking about a REIT or REIT fund?

Any help would be fantastic. by the way, I love the BP site!
