1.) Any good, free course to take online for accounting?

2.) Good teachers on YouTube for realtors to gain ideas for marketing, gaining new listings, etc?

Do a search for Verl Workman 80:50:1 and get his free ebook. He had a great video explaining the system, but maybe you have to see the link in the ebook. Very good information and the system I think every agent should be following.
