How to borrow for only a few months with low fees?

Stephen Homes
Posted

I need to borrow $190k to $200k to buy a foreclosure house (to live in). I just put another house for sale which it will certainly sell for over what I want to borrow.

I contacted a couple of banks and their fees are very high. What other reasonable options I have? I need the Cash in 3 to 4 weeks.

I am not sure where to post this question so I started here :)

Thank you

Private money/hard money.

Fees and rates will be higher on short term loans.
