How do you guys refinance a property if you have very high dti?

@Jay Soriano look into non-qm products either portfolio loans or DSCR products. I'd start with a broker, and if they can't find a product that fits reach out to some local banks and credit unions and see if they have a product that works for you.
Get your books in order though as will need to have clean and clear records.
