Home Insurance and Property Taxes count as part of the Mortgage?
Is home insurance and property taxes considered part of the mortgage? I am wondering because I am trying to calculate NOI and hence cap rates, so I want to make sure I am using the proper standards. Thanks in advance!

I don't know that NOI or especially cap rates have anything to do with SFR (since you asked about home insurance.)
But, NOI should ignore the PI of mortgage payments and only include the property tax and insurance. (The TI).
