Pine Financial Group is a small, well-established real estate finance company working with real estate investors across multiple states. Our clients call often seeking our expertise in the market or to invest in our public fund -- and sometimes they call just to chat! Based in Wheat Ridge, we have a fun and open office environment with a strong team focus and entrepreneurial mindsets.

Duties will include:

• Working with investors to structure their financing
• Help your loan processor put together quality loan packages
• Contribute to social media and our blog
• Attend networking meetings to promote yourself and Pine Financial
• Help your clients succeed

Our most recent new Loan Officer was hired almost 10 years ago. These positions do not open very often so if you are at all interested be sure to send in your resume. We are looking for someone with some real estate experience and a passion for investing and helping others. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirt, strong organization skills, be self-motivated, and have a passion to help their clients make money. We will consider a small salary to get you started but will want to move this into a commission only position with income expectations in the 6 figures.
