Seeking Motivated Experienced Property Manager- Part Time

We are a team of real estate investors developing a portfolio in the Hudson valley seeking a qualified, motivated and experienced Property Manager to assist in overseeing operations of our portfolio and helping us with project management and acquisition.
The current properties are located in Kingston, Hyde Park and Ulster Park.

We are looking for a goal oriented, independent and energetic individual who enjoys becoming involved in a variety of tasks and has a strong work ethic.

The primary responsibility of this position is to assist the owners in all aspects of management for the portfolio. The ideal candidate should possess impeccable customer service skills, strong communication skills, general letter writing, English required (and Spanish prefered).
Attention to detail, efficiency and ability to work independently on assignments is necessary.
Must be proficient in MS Office, particularly excel.

Knowledge of real estate, rentals, sales, tenant screening, property management, small repairs, contractor supervision....

Minimum of Associates Degree and/or applicable work experience in property management preferably in NY required.

Compensation $20+ an hour based on experience.
This position will start as part time and grow into full time.
Independent contractor status prefered.
Vehicle required

Do you have any thoughts?

I currently provide admin services for a PM in Brooklyn. (Customer service, light bookkeeping via Buildium, among other things).

He originally hired me as a consultant a few years ago to help organize his business. He was on Yardi and for his door count it was too complicated, expensive and inefficient for his needs. I researched a few options for him and we settled on Buildium. He's since doubled his door count and it still serves him well,  me too considering I use it more.  

It's also simple for the owners to pay their bills, pull reports and documents, and submit maintenance requests.  

We enjoy Buildium.
