Hands on Property Manager needed in the Hudson Valley

We are a team of real estate investors developing a portfolio in the Hudson valley seeking a qualified, motivated and experienced Property Manager to assist in overseeing operations of our portfolio and helping us with project management and acquisition.
The current properties are located in Kingston, Hyde Park, Ulster Park and Wallkill.

We are looking for a goal oriented, independent and energetic individual who enjoys becoming involved in a variety of tasks.

The primary responsibility of this position is to assist the owners in all aspects of management for the portfolio. The ideal candidate should possess impeccable customer service skills, strong communication skills, general letter writing, English required (and Spanish prefered).
Attention to detail and ability to work independently on assignments is necessary.
Must be proficient in MS Office, particularly excel.


Knowledge of real estate, rentals, sales, tenant screening, property management, small repairs, contractor supervision.... However, if you don't possess all the skills we are willing to train the right person.

Minimum of Associates Degree and/or applicable work experience required.

Compensation $20+ an hour based on experience.
This position will start as part time and grow into full time.
Independent contractor status prefered.
