HI, I've been building other business to raise capital to start investing in income producing properties. I am in a comfortable position to do so now but need some guidance. I'm thinking small multifamily units for now but would also consider SFH. Happy to take on a partner and be a small part of the deal and learn how to buy, manage properties from a seasoned person/team. I live in CT but am open to most markets.
