Looking to buy cash flowing SFR portfolios

I'm contracted by a mid west company that is buying cash flowing single family homes from small to medium investors. If you or your clients would like to cash out of their rental properties, the transactions are quick, and they pay fair prices based on ROI and comps. They are not bottom feeders and are not looking to steal properties.

They prefer to buy in groups, which makes them an excellent outlet for someone with multiple properties who does't want to deal with the headaches of selling them one by one. They can and have bought more than 100 at a time.

The general criteria is 1200- 3500sf with a minimum of 3 bedrooms. Low income areas are fine, but not high crime.

My focus is in the Las Vegas area, but we are also buying in Phoenix, southern CA, Kansas City, St. Louis, Indianapolis, Dallas, Houston, and Brownsville.
