Hiring campground manager and real estate investment intern in NY

Hello BP Community,

I am working on the acquisition of a campground property in the Catskill mountains and need to hire someone to live on site and run the day-to-day operations of the campground. This is a BEAUTIFUL piece of wooded property situated on a mile of creekfront that is famous for fly fishing. 

The campground manager would be provided housing at the property in a 3 bedroom house and would be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the park. This includes checking campers in and out, routine maintenance, and keeping common areas and bathroom facilities clean. 

Although not a requirement, we would love to hire someone who is interested in real estate investments as well. We are exploring expanding this site and acquiring others, so the new hire could have involvement in the expansion and acquisition of new campground sites if interested.
