Private Lending and Partnerships

Hey everyone,

Im an investor and agent in the southeast MI area looking for some private lending. I’m in negotiations right now to buy a 6 unit multifamily using money from a cash out refi on my home. My goal is to scale to 1 million in total equity in my rental properties in the next 5 years.

I am great at finding off market deals, I just don’t have the capital to buy all the properties I find. I am looking for trustworthy private lenders that are willing to loan me money based on the properties and not my income the past 3 years.

I am also open to partnerships where the partner provides the funds and I do all the boots on the ground work including finding the deals and managing them after closing. Only looking for a 20% equity in the deals I find as long as the partner provides the funds.
