Need Texas licensed Mortgage Broker/Lender

Hi All, 

Like other Californians, we're doing the Great Texit to Texas. I'm looking for (and to work with) someone that works with investors, understands that we'll want to use the equity in this primary home purchase to help purchase other investment purchases down the road, and is an expert in construction loans for primary residences. (We'll probably purchase something that will need a lot of work and we'll want to do the work upfront.)
