Flexible Rent Payments during the eviction moratorium

Hi everyone, I'm Alex Pelin, one of the co-founders of Xspaced, based in Oakland, CA.

We have built a flexible rent payment platform to help landlords, PM and tenants during these challenging times.

You can use Xspaced to:

  • safely collect monthly rent online
  • create installment plans for missed rent to increase your chances of collecting debt
  • collect security deposits over time to offer incentives for new tenants to rent from you

All of the above are free to you and your tenants!

There is also an option for tenants to break their monthly rent payments into smaller payments over the month, while you still get paid the full amount on the rent due date. Your tenants will love the extra flexibility!

You can find more information here: www.xspaced.com.

Happy to answer any questions regarding rent collection during the eviction moratorium!
