CA Refi NEED ASSISTANCE

Scenario:

Purchased primary residence over 6mo ago. We currently have a 1st and HELOC on the property; did that to originally secure the home. Now looking to refi into a JUMBO. My guy can't get it done. Looking for someone who can.

Situation:

Just lost my W2 job end of Oct. However, have been licensed realtor for 5 yrs. We could consider re-categorizing as a full time investor for those years since we have two investment properties. Wife has strong income and maybe she could carry solely depending on valuation of home, etc. Have about $550,000 in equity in it, so around a 65% LTV.

Step 2, after the refi, is taking out cash to buy another investment property --> flip it --> pay back loan --> repeat.

Who can help?
