Hard Money Lender for Neighborhood Development

We are looking for a hard money lender to help finance part of a neighborhood development in OK.  The development is 62 lots.  We will be putting $350k of our own money into it and looking to raise $400k.  We will not be building the homes - just streets, sidewalks, water & sewer lines, etc. and selling the lots to builders.  The project should take less that 1 year.  We will close on 12/31/2020.

Please let me know if you are interested in potentially lending or have any recommendations of how might.  Thank you.
