Er... Grey areas, I mean.

We want to know some of those "grey areas" of real estate investing, that you would like discussed at an event. For example:
1. Raising and pooling funds
2. Borrowing from your IRA
3. How many students are legally allowed in student housing?
Please post your ideas and suggestions, and it just may be the topic of a Black Diamond event.

We realize these may be topics that have been extensively discussed here on BP, but we want to know those topics that are of interest to you in a live networking event.

You know, the ones where if you have 6 people chime in, you get 6 different opinions. And there are lots of those. So please list your "grey area" that has you scratching your head - and we'll discuss with out speakers and try to get that area covered at an event.
