Looking for Loan agent and property manager in Atlanta area

Hello BP experts,

New to the forum. I would like to get started in buying some rental property and need some help building my team. I would like to get some recommendation on a great loan agent/broker who provides competitive rate and is great to work with.  In addition to that, I'd like to find some property management companies or person to work with.    Thanks much in adavance!
