I am looking for a place for my sister I really want to find one that is rent to own but does not half to be purchase she will also do a rental. She is looking for a 2 bed 1 bath anything in Arvada, Colorado area or close to that area. Needs to have w/d hook up in it. Prefer a bottom floor or as few as stairs as possible.
