Hello investors,

Do you typically search for single family rental deals online?

Introducing SFR Spotter, a new software gadget that will accelerate your online search process for buy and hold properties. You can simply go to you favorite MLS site (e.g. Zillow, Trulia, Redfin, ...etc), search your target area, and, with just one click, you can tell which of the listed properties is the right fit for you.

The tool is a Chrome Extension, which is basically a little software gadget that adds functionality to specific websites you browse with Chrome. SFR Spotter currently works on Zillow only, but more sites are coming soon.

Currently, I'm looking for users, beta testers, backers, and simply anyone who can give me feedback about the idea. It's currently published on the Chrome Web Store for anyone to try and test for free. I'd really appreciate everyone's feedback.
