There are a lot of out of state investors active in DFW, Texas housing/flipping market. This market has shown good results and appreciation over many many years. It is slightly slowing down or cooling off but there are still a lot of opportunities available due to a big influx of new residents moving in to the area. Big corporations (Charles Schwab, Fidelity, Amazon, Toyota, Pizza Hut, Dr Pepper, Frito-Lay & JCPenny) are moving or have moved their head/regional offices or business centers to DFW. This brings more residents to the area who need places to live and raise their families. This concept is still growing and so the housing/flipping market. Its a good time to flipping houses in the area but the only obstacle is to find good deals as housing prices have soared in the last few years. Good luck on your new business endeavors!

This house had 3 bed, 2 bath, office, living, dining , kitchen & 2 car garage. I converted the office in to a bedroom with closet. Opened up the kitchen by removing the wall and cabinets between kitchen and living. updated the kitchen countertops and appliances. Upgraded the bathrooms, replaced the flooring and fixtures. Replaced the flooring and lighting throughout the house, painted and replaced the roof.
