Denver Investment Property Analysis Course Overview

A few weeks ago over email and podcast, I discussed the next podcast mini-series. After spending the last few months teaching classes, running models, and discussing it with clients, it's now ready to go. It's live!

The first two episodes of the Investment Property Analysis Series are uploaded and ready for you to listen while you drive to your Thanksgiving feast.

Episode "#117: Investment Property Analysis Course (IPAC) Overview" is a short overview of what to expect in the series.

The goal of this course is to teach you how to analyze an investment rental property at the initial purchase and then review it every year to optimize your rental portfolio for long term retirement planning. In a nutshell, it'll help you understand and play the real-life Monopoly game -- from buying your first your property (a green home), to accumulating more, and then trading up into bigger and better rental properties (red hotels!)

The real fun starts in episode "#118: IPAC #1 - The Four Returns in Real Estate: Cash Flow is NOT Everything." The podcast is just over an hour long and I wrote a 3,400+ blog post to accompany it. It walks you through understanding your Complete Return on Investment when you initially buy a rental property.

The other course episodes are going live over the next couple of weeks.

Listen to it on the "Denver Real Estate Investing" podcast or read the blog post.

Let me know what you think of the course. I'm excited about it!

Happy Thanksgiving!
Chris
