We are a small family owned property management company that oversees over 200 properties in Western North Carolina, our office is located in Sylva, NC. Sylva is a college town where Western Carolina University is located, there is also a large hospital located here as well. The entire area is also a booming tourist destination as we are right near the Smokey Mountain National Park. We oversee properties in 4 neighboring counties as well. The area offers everything from affordable mobile homes to upscale vacation homes/STR.

We have a huge influx of tenants and not enough investors/landlords in the area to keep up with demand so we are trying all avenues to bring in doors for people in the area. Large growing student population, one local dorm/housing is closing so there is a large influx of students needing rentals. We get calls everyday and no where to put them! A lot of oppurtunity in Western Carolina.
