Hello everyone. I welcome everyone to reply to this post. I am brand new looking to start investing in apartments. What is some advice you can offer to someone who has only done 2 SFH deals?

- Please be as detailed as possible if have extra time. Thank you for all your help in advance!

To do this sort of research you need to know the market. If you are doing it in a remote market to gauge whether or not you should pursue it for investment I think you want to reach out to people in the market. Property managers would be a good resource and so would the "investor friendly" agent. I'd search BP and look for agents in the market who are also active on this platform. You could also try and make connections in the market with investors but that may be a bit more difficult. Either way you can find some local resources here on BP.

Awesome! Thank you for replying to my pos. I will definitely use the advice you have given me!

Hello everyone,

I was wondering how I can conduct research on cities to find out the cashflow in any given city. Do I just analyze the properties in a city or is there a better way to conduct this research?

Thanks to all that reply to this post!

Has anyone worked with Robert And Pamela Smith Investment Limited Partnership

A Federally Recognized Native American Entity before?

I was working with this company and I had seen my funds in a bank by the name of First Millennium Bank. I was too transfer my fund from that bank account to my own, but there was misinformation on the deal I was trying to acquire which resulted in me not needing the funds anymore.

After what had occurred I spoke with Andrew and he said he could not reimburse me due to the loan being provided, but what he could do is give me the same loan without any costs when I am ready for it. According to what was said there won't be any new charges whatsoever and I'll be able to receive the loan.

I hope this helps.

Post: Looking for potential Investors.
