Low Doc Non OO Cash Out Refi Starting @ 5.75% & 6.25% For 30 Year
Landlords with 1/4 rentals, We are able to now offer business purpose loans based on your DSCR starting @ 5.75% for a 5/1 ARM to Cash Out up to 75% LTV based on your credit score, or convert your rehab to a 30 year starting @ 6.25%.
No reserves required, no limit on the number of units you own, and up to 80% LTV for purchase or R/T also based on your credit score.
If your gross rents are equal to or greater than the PITIA, you can qualify with low docs, no bank statements or 1003 needed. Loans must be for business purposes, no vacations or new cars. And NO limit on the amount of units you own! We can also do interest only loans, and if your gross rents do not cover PITIA or ITIA, we can help with a different loan @ a different low rate.
